Piezoelectric vibrator
Piezoelectric vibrator is composed of piezoelectric ceramic vibrator, metal base and electrode lead. It is mainly used in the automatic feeding system of piezoelectric vibrator, especially for the automatic feeding of micro parts
The main features are as follows:
(1) Simple structure, easy installation and maintenance;
(2) Piezoelectric ceramic is used as the driving source, which is easy to manufacture without mechanical transmission parts;
(3) No transmission inertia, almost no acceleration and deceleration process, start and stop quickly, quick response;
(4) It does not produce interference electromagnetic field and is not affected by the type of electromagnetic interference;
(5) Working in low frequency or ultrasonic band, low noise;
(6) When working in resonance or non resonance state, the energy consumption is less, which is more than 70% less than that of ordinary electromagnetic vibration disk.
